All of our Pilates Courses and qualifications are delivered through blended-learning. This requires you to complete some independent learning from home under the tutelage of one our support tutors, before you attend a practical weekend training course. Each Pilates course is front loaded with theory, so that by the time you attend the practical training you already have a thorough understanding of the anatomy, physiology and the Pilates method. With over 10 year’s experience of delivering health and fitness qualifications, you can rest assured that you will receive a class A training service.
